Position Details:
- Business Development Associate
Training:
- 1 months with a fixed ₹15,000 stipend.
Post-Training CTC:
- 6 LPA (3 LPA fixed, 3 LPA variable).
- 8 LPA (5 LPA fixed, 3 LPA variable) upon achieving 2+ unit sales in the first 30 days.

Eligibility Criteria

1. EDUCATION

Any bachelor's degree from a UGC-approved college.

2. COMMITMENT

Willingness to commit to the 'Job with MBA' program and interest in enrolling in an Online MBA program through Counsel Hub.

3. INTERVIEW CLEARANCE

Personal interview and group discussions may be part of the selection process.

Financing Requirements

1. CIBIL RECORD

700+ CIBIL record required if previously taken loans.

2. NO CIBIL RECORD

Proof of income and source of income required, including 3 months of bank statements.

3. FINANCING OPTIONS

Financing can be arranged in the student's name or in the name of any eligible parent.

1. TRAINING PARTICIPATION

Engage in 30-day OJT with classroom training and hands-on client interactions.

2. SKILL DEVELOPMENT

Focus on communication, negotiation, and market research skills.

3. PRACTICAL APPLICATION

Apply newly learned skills to real-world projects under mentor guidance.

4. SALES TARGET

Achieve 2 successful sales during OJT to qualify for BDA position.

5. DAILY TASKS

Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Conduct profiling and telephonic interviews.

6. Cross-team collaboration

Collaborate with the Sales team to optimize sales techniques and strategies.
